Cancellation Policy

Clay is messy — embrace it! Working with clay is a hands-on, creative process. Please dress for mess and take part in clean-up, which is an important part of studio practice and respect for shared space. Make-ups & Refunds All registrations are non-refundable, and no make-ups are offered for missed classes. Each class spot is reserved just for you, and materials are prepared in advance. *CLASS MINIMUM MUST BE MET FOR CLASS TO RUN* *IF MINIMUM IS NOT MET, WE WILL OFFER YOU A DIFFERENT TIME SLOT OR CREDIT.* Pieces & Materials Each student may create 1–2 pieces as part of the class. Additional pieces or materials will incur extra charges. Glazing Your pottery will be ready to glaze in about 2 weeks after bisque firing. You may return during a scheduled "Return to Glaze" session to finish your pieces, or choose to have our staff glaze them for you for a $20 service fee. IF YOU CHOOSE TO RETURN TO GALZE, you must book a date within the 30 days of contact or pots will be discarded. Pots will be ready 14 days after returning to glaze. You will be contacted by email when ready for pick up. Pots not glazed or picked up after 30 days of contact will be discarded or donated. Pickup Policy Finished work must be picked up within 30 days from the first notice of completion. After 30 days, unclaimed pieces will be donated to make space for new work.
